When Is Victoria Day 2025 In Australia. Tuesday 1st july 2025 we celebrate the anniversary of the separation of victoria and new south wales which occurred on 1 july 1851 on victoria day, the 1st of july each year on that day, victoria achieved not only its separate. As a result of the holiday falling on a sunday, there is an additional public holiday on monday, 27 january 2025.
