2025 Minimum Wage Missouri Per Hour. Affected employers must update their missouri state & federal labor. It will reach $15 an hour in january 2026 and be adjusted annually.

Missourians endorsed a proposition in 2018 that increased the minimum wage each year until it reached $12 per hour in 2023 and further allowed for yearly. On january 1, 2025, employers will be required to pay missouri employees a minimum wage of $13.75 per hour, from the current minimum wage of $12.30 per hour.
